MicroQuarz® Hard Base

Ready-to-use single-component paste filler for repairing and levelling small substrate imperfections and preparing the surface for MicroQuarz® installation. Fast-drying and shrinkage-free, it allows for quick installation and improves installer productivity. Excellent adhesion to non-porous substrates. Interior – exterior.

Decoration

MetalQuarz

Ready-to-use, one-component paste screed mortar for interior floors and walls. MetalQuarz is a mortar based on polyurethane resin, metallized mica, and quartz — ideal as a complement to the MicroQuarz Classic, Hard Transit, Nature, or Hybrid systems. With the right color combinations, it allows the creation of metallic shades, oxidized tones, and rust effects for the renovation of interior floors and walls.

MetalQuarz should be protected with Finish W TRP on walls or Finish W TRP RADIANT on floors. Apply MetalQuarz as a decorative coating prior to the application of the protective varnish. It can be applied over any of the MicroQuarz® systems.

Gel Metallic Effect

Thixotropic coating for walls and floors, designed for use as a decorative element on interior surfaces.
Gel Metallic Effect is a one-component compound made with water-based polyurethane resin, thixotropes, and metallic mica particles.
It can be used as a decorative glaze by mixing colors, or undiluted and applied with a trowel as a metallic stucco.
Gel Metallic Effect is a waterproof coating for walls and floors, to be subsequently protected with Finish W TRP on walls or Finish W TRP Radiant on floors.

Primer

Primer AH

Primer of two components based on solvent-free epoxy resin. It is used to ensure adhesion between the mineral substrate and the resin coating applied above. Its properties are suitable for regulating substrate absorption and contributing to the correct installation of MicroQuarz®, and for applications on substrates with a moisture content greater than 4%. Not suitable for substrates in wet conditions.

Primer Finish

One-component primer in aqueous dispersion based on aliphatic acrylic-polyurethane with a polyether base. Easy and quick to apply with a roller or brush. Excellent adhesion on various types of substrates (concrete floors, microcement, Catalan tile, etc.). Suitable as a primer for transparent sealing on exterior surfaces; it does not yellow under UV exposure. Not recommended as a topcoat.

Primer W

Two-component primer based on epoxy resins, solvent-free and water-dilutable. Easy and quick to apply with a roller. Provides excellent adhesion on slightly porous mineral substrates. Used as a primer for cement mortar floors and walls, open-pore ceramics, and any mineral substrate. Not recommended as a finishing coat.

PrimerQuarz

Water-based resin with excellent adhesion on slightly or non-porous surfaces. It provides a permanent residual tack that ensures strong adhesion between layers. It has high elasticity, maintaining this property for long periods of time, with excellent resistance to water and alkalis, making it highly durable under various atmospheric conditions.

Primer AC

Primer AC is a product composed of acrylic resin, titanium dioxide, quartz, and calcium carbonate. This material is characterized by good deep penetration into the substrate and is highly resistant to. alkaline attack in urban, rural, marine, and industrial environments. It is especially effective for preparing a base to match the finish and creating a rough surface with greater adhesion for trowel finishes.

Varnishes and lacquers

Finish W Radiant

Two-component varnish based on hydro-silated acrylic resin and aliphatic polyisocyanate in an aqueous environment. It is characterized by high resistance to stains produced by common household products. It presents outstanding abrasion resistance and allows very easy polishing of its surface, used as a finishing coating for flooring systems such as MicroQuarz®, resins, and various industrial applications. It is also suitable as a coating for multi-purpose skating areas in sports clubs, public institutions, and schools.

FINISH SVT RADIANT 50%

Two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane varnish, solvent-based. Specially designed for surfaces exposed to heavy traffic. Low-viscosity material, highly waterproof, and resistant to chlorine and bleach.
Provides a high solids content.
It gives varnished substrates (microcement, wood, etc.) extreme hardness and excellent impermeability. Also notable for its smooth application, free from irregularities — no orange peel effect or clumping.
Ensures a high level of flatness even when applied with a roller.
It is recommended to apply Finish W TRP beforehand, allowing a minimum drying time of 36 hours. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications..

FINISH SVT TRP
Colorless varnish with high solid content, based on polyurethane resins crosslinked with isocyanates.
Self-leveling, extremely resistant to chemicals, with excellent hardness and toughness.
Slightly elastic, resistant to scratches and scuffs.
Specially formulated for flooring due to its high solids content and relative elasticity.
It can be applied both outdoors and indoors, providing a protective film that prevents premature wear thanks to its high solids content. It can also be used for the protection of swimming pools, as it is water-resistant, highly impermeable, and non-yellowing.
