In this project, we were faced with a microcement floor installed by another company just four years ago, already showing significant deterioration. It had cracks and worn-out varnish and sealer, which led to moisture stains when wet — compromising both the aesthetics and functionality of the space, and requiring urgent and professional repair.

In this project, we faced the challenge of renovating the floor of an apartment in a historic building in Barcelona, characterized by its wooden beams and architectural heritage.
